Meet Our Leaders

For over 30 years, Bill has built a legacy of success in the 3PL industry, owning and leading thriving 3PLs on both the East and West Coasts. His company’s success has always been fueled by his customers’ success. Since partnering in 2016, Bill and Brian have propelled GPA Logistics’ growth from a 70,000 sq. ft. California operation to over 2 million sq. ft. of space, over 1,000 employees across 6 states, and a reputation for excellence.
Bill’s workday always begins with the question: “What can I do today to move our company forward in growth and service?”

Brian has a long, proven track record of success in senior-level executive roles in large 3PLs, including standing up new locations and breakthroughs to new verticals. Since his partnership with Bill in 2016, he has been the company’s driving force for operational efficiencies, strategic solutions, and warehouse optimization, producing superior performance and results for GPA Logistics’ customers.
An avid cyclist who constantly pushes himself to attain longer, harder riding goals, he expects the same from GPA’s management team, always challenging them and leading them to new heights and achievements in efficient warehouse operations.

President

Juan’s entire career has been in 3PL management. He steadily rose to his current position through innovative thinking, executing solutions, and deft handling of labor and staff. He has the rare talent of consistently mastering new levels of responsibility while nurturing talented staff members to learn and advance along with him. That’s how you build a strong staff from top to bottom.

Director of Operations

When Bill and Brian partnered with GPA Global, the most valuable asset they acquired was Antonio Sanchez. Antonio, an expert in packaging and retail display assembly, turned our VAS department into a major division of GPA Logistics. Our customers value him not only for his ability to manage large, complex projects on tight timelines but also because he works closely with clients to provide them with insight and suggestions for their packaging and displays, saving them many thousands of dollars in costs and improving their presentations to their customers.

David’s expertise spans operations, purchasing, safety, equipment, infrastructure, and more. His problem-solving skills and strategic vision enable him to develop and execute solutions that consistently benefit GPA on multiple levels – optimizing our business processes, securing the best value for our purchases, prioritizing safety, and ensuring a well-maintained infrastructure. His comprehensive skill set achieves greater efficiencies and creates stronger customer relationships and employee satisfaction.

Director Enterprise Services
Evelyn brings a blend of expertise in Procurement and a Law degree to her role as Human Resources Manager at GPA Logistics. With a focus on recruiting top talent aligned with GPA’s values and culture, Evelyn ensures new hires have access to comprehensive benefits and work conditions that foster satisfaction and long-term retention. Her extensive knowledge of multi-state labor laws and regulations allows her to effectively support both the company and its employees, creating a compliant and positive work environment. Known for her approachable and supportive nature, Evelyn is a trusted advisor to GPA’s team, inspiring them to contribute wholeheartedly to the company’s success.
HR Manager
An expert in warehousing operations, Elizabeth oversees administrative staff for all GPA facilities with five office managers and twenty-one CSRs, servicing thirty-five clients. She guides all client setups, streamlining and standardizing processes to ensure SLAs are being met. She trains her staff to partner with clients and to ensure GPA is doing everything we can to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction.
